Nyuto Onsen-kyo is probably the “most convenient hidden hot spring in Japan,” with only one bus stop after exiting the Shinkansen bullet train at Tazawako Station.
Once you arrive at Nyuto Onsen-kyo, you can take the “Yumeguri-go” shuttle bus for hot spring tours. The view from the bus window is nice, but how about a private ride through Nyuto Onsenkyo, feeling the hot springs, the scent of the forest, the breeze flowing through the trees, and the open air of the day…how about that?
Tuk-tuks and snowmobile cabins will be operated only for the event.
